Ice Blue takes itself very seriously when it comes to the impact of our developments on the environment.

We understand the effects of using our construction materials on the surrounding flora and fauna and that’s why we try to use sustainable resources and environmentally friendly features wherever we can.

We’ve even got a tree preservation order set up on one of our sites to look after all the greenery.

We use products such as energy glazing and passive ventilation, which aren’t just fancy words, but innovations which actually help to lessen our developments impact on the surroundings.

We are committed to improving the communities around our building sites, providing potential jobs, inspirational work spaces, better living conditions and making the residents proud to call the area home.

We have a vested interest in involving schools and outside companies in our projects, we believe it’s important to enrich the current social climate in the areas and not make people feel alienated.

We want to listen to and understand what real people like and dislike so we can improve our visions for the future.

Ice Blue has dreams like everyone else, but we won’t trample on other peoples to get to ours. We believe by sticking to our promises we can help to improve existing communities and maybe make some dreams come true.
