Ice Blue sees red for Comic Relief

AN exclusive open day to launch a brand new office development in Preston is aiming to raise hundreds of pounds for Comic Relief.

Prominent business people from across the region have been invited to the official fundraising launch of Bartle Court Offices on Rosemary Lane, Bartle, Preston.

And Ice Blue, the company behind the development, will donate £10 to the charity for every invitee that attends the launch party on Friday, March 13th – Red Nose Day.

During the event, which runs from 12 noon until 2pm, guests will also stand the chance of winning a £250 Red Letter day voucher in a prize draw. A £1,000 Red Letter Day voucher is also up for grabs for anyone who introduces a sale or lease to Ice Blue Developments.

Simon Price, a director at Ice Blue Developments, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to officially launch our brand new Bartle Court Offices development and for local businesses to network as well, whilst at the same time raising vital funds for Comic Relief."

Bartle Court is a 13 unit complex offering open plan offices, ranging in size from 1,000sq ft up to 25,000sq ft, with air conditioning and ample car parking. It is located near to junction 1 on the M55 and junction 32 on the M6.

Simon added: "Besides raising funds for Comic Relief and enjoying a locally–sourced lunch, there is also the chance to win some great Red Letter Day prizes – so Friday 13th could be a lucky day for one of our guests!"
